Healthy Dixie

Greetings from Dixie State College. Some good news that we would like to share is the opening of our Student-Employee Health and Wellness Clinic . Research demonstrated the need for increased health care on our college campus so we are beginning by expanding our Wellness center to include a clinic staffed by nurse practitioners. It will be opened initially 3 hours on Monday and Wednesday morning and 3 hours on Friday afternoon. We will be providing acute care for walk-in patients and patients with appointments. If the patient has a problem that requires a referral it will be done with the patients preference in mind. The clinic plans to be open in the next month. The college is very excited about this new addition of health care to the campus. The address is 34 North, 600 East.
